What the assistant is

An AI-assisted clerical tool operated by NeoCloses software for the licensed agent on a file. It reads the transaction file to answer status questions, prepares short drafts for the agent to confirm, and keeps checklists and deadlines organized.

What it is not

• Not a broker, agent, or transaction coordinator of record.
• Not an attorney, and not a source of legal advice.
• Not an automatic sender. Every outbound message is read and confirmed by the agent before it is sent, and the confirmation is recorded.

What recipients see

Messages to buyers, sellers, and vendors are sent under the agent's name and brokerage affiliation and end with this footer:

STOP and HELP

Replying STOP to any NeoCloses-delivered message opts the number out immediately. The reply is:

You are unsubscribed from NeoCloses messages. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

Replying HELP returns:

NeoCloses assistant. Commands: status, deadlines, missing docs, what's due this week, request <doc>, chase EM, send intro, schedule inspection. Drafts are sent only after you reply CONFIRM <id>. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

Consent

Recipients are messaged only after consent is recorded with its source and timestamp. Opted-out numbers are suppressed across the account. Replying START resubscribes.

Errors and corrections

If a message you received was inaccurate, reply to it or contact the agent named in the message. The file's confirmation record shows who confirmed it, which version, and when.
